Edward A. Greenwood, Inc. is a privately funded corporation located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Since 1997, we have been dedicated to making modern, specialized software for home and commercial use.
We have over 12 years of experience developing fitness and nutrition software. Under our own and private labels, our products are marketed and sold worldwide to home users, personal trainers, fitness and wellness centers, hospitals, schools, universities, government and the military.
In the late 90's, we started by creating software to track serious cardio and weight training. Athlete's Database became one of the top selling fitness applications nationwide. Then in 2002, based on feedback from thousands of users, we began designing Weightmania Pro. It took over 18 months to complete, but became the first comprehensive, easy to use, commercial product on the market to combine multiple health, diet and fitness applications into one. The combination was instantly successful. In 2003, Amazon and other companies began reselling our products online.
Today we're celebrating Weightmania's sixth year on the market (it was released in 2003) and our product line includes eight applications for tracking fitness, nutrition, dieting and health on three major platforms. We offer products for all ages, skill levels and fitness ability. After a year of development, we're pleased to announce the release of a new, online, web-based version of Weightmania Pro. It's the only online fitness and diet software on the market with 20 major tools and the same graphics and performance as a traditional desktop application.
